Frédéric began his career as Fund of hedge funds’ manager at Lyxor AM (2000-2002). He then developed his career within the Société Générale Investment Bank in Paris, New York and London as a fund structurer.

In 2004, he joined BNP Paribas as a fund-linked products structurer/sales executive, covering France and Switzerland. In 2008 he joined THEAM (formerly known as Harewood AM) to initiate the development of the hidden assets product range, including volatility and dividends.

After further experience in a dealing room at Nomura, he joined the French financial authority, the AMF, spending a few months on a supervisory project.

He then became Head of Business Development at GFS before founding Hexagone Finance in 2013.

Isabelle began her career as Head of Business Development at L’Lione Finance (1993-1996). She then became Head of Institutional Relations in various asset management companies: BTP Investissements, Dexia AM, Métropole Gestion, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and DNCA Finance.

In January 2014, she became a partner of Hexagone Finance, in charge of Institutional Relations.

Thomas began his career as a financial consultant with Forward Finance, where he provided advisory services to French institutional investors for five years. He joined GFS in 2012 to develop institutional relationships. In 2013 he co-founded Hexagone Finance.

Caroline began her career at BNP Paribas as a structured products sales executive in Paris and London. She then spent four years at GFS developing institutional relationships. In 2013 she co-founded Hexagone Finance.

She started her carreer at Exane as a market economist (1996-2000) then as a financial analyst (2000-2002). In 2003, she began to work in asset management as a product specialist at Dexia Asset Management (known today as Candriam IG) where she joined the institutional sales team from 2007 to 2012.

After two years with Instit Invest, an independent media focused on institutional investors, she joined Hexagone Finance in October 2015.

Ugo began his career as a Junior Portfolio Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate IM. He then joined a start up to contribute to the development of the product with Retail and Mid-Size stores. Ugo joined Hexagone Finance as a junior sales executive in 2014.
